I’ve seen it hundreds of times. That is why my coaching starts with a diagnostic, meeting you where you are at, and clarifying your company’s challenges, problems and opportunities. We look at everything in your operations: your financial results, client testimonials, marketing, team dynamics and processes. Then we design a compelling and inspiring future with you, declared through your Purpose and Vision statement. Next, your priorities, strategies, and goals needed to work towards this future become your Plan for Results. We delve into your current Mindset to uncover where and why you are hitting barriers in your business and go to work dismantling them. Throughout our coaching, I use several Thinking Skills – strategic, critical, ideational, visionary, evaluative, and diagnostic to understand the gaps in your business operations. We will identify what actions need to be taken to address those gaps to bridge you to your desired future. Along the way, we identify your Unique Capabilities to be leveraged to exponentially grow your business and execute the ideas to fuel your passion for generating your company’s success. The coaching is designed to uncover blind spots in your leadership and business operations. Your Coaching Action Items capture all the tactical elements needed to pivot so I can support your focus and momentum forward to what you say matters most.
